HR plays a key role in Focus Care’s continued expansion. The team promotes a healthy, productive and positive work environment that supports employee’s well-being and development.
Focus Care never stops encouraging employees to develop their skills and step outside their comfort zone. HR helps us achieve that goal by organising training courses and regular social events, as you would expect from a friendly family company.
The HR team is also in charge of all the usual HR responsibilities, such as recruitment, drafting staff manuals and maintaining employee records.
