As you would expect, our Marketing & Sales team works to raise brand awareness and keep our key target audiences up to date on our products. However, given the pharmaceutical industry’s strict regulations, there are some major differences.
All the information we provide must be scientifically correct and, in many cases, approved by medical professionals. Our messaging is primarily directed at health professionals rather than patients. We inform professionals about our products through medical conferences, training courses and publications. Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships is an important task for our sales colleagues, all of whom have in-depth medical knowledge.
Sometimes, we are required to provide information for patients, such as explanatory content. While patient communication is very important, it is always aimed at providing information and education.
