Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance department is in charge of the Quality Management System (QMS). It keeps our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date and ensures that all of our employees attend the required training. The department also assists with supplier selection, verifies that all necessary permits are in place and drafts quality agreements.
The team inspects each batch of medicines upon receipt to ensure compliance and compatibility with temperature requirements, ordered quantities and product specifications. This includes a laboratory analysis of the active ingredients, recorded as a Certificate of Analysis (COA). If the batch meets the specifications, it is fit for sale.
