The founding
As of 1 May 2026, we have established a new entity: Focus Care Medical B.V. Focus Care Medical has the ambition to further develop into a full-service supplier of medical devices. We leverage our proven pharmaceutical platform to build a strong and innovative portfolio of value-added medical devices.
Organizational changes
In addition, we will continue to carry out our existing pharmaceutical activities through Focus Care Pharmaceuticals B.V. Pharmaceuticals supplies high-quality, complex generic medicines and private labels.
This is an organizational change that also enables us to grow sustainably and create value in the field of medical devices.
Larger scale
By operating on a larger scale, we increase the availability of products with proven therapeutic added value. We invest in logistics and infrastructure to optimise availability.
